1661 Crescent Place Apartments
Substantial renovation of a historic, 54 unit, six-story, cooperative apartment building constructed in 1926. The major components of the project consist of the following:
Comprehensive façade restoration, including replacement of windows and exterior brick mold, installation of new lintels, installation of through-wall flashings, masonry pointing, replacement of interior window trim, and repair of plaster; and
Installation of a new HVAC system consisting of a central VRV heating and cooling system, with new equipment and dunnage on the roof, two new RTU’s to serve the corridors, new refrigerant piping throughout, new floor and ceiling consoles as well as a central forced air consoles within the units.
A new cable television and internet service distribution system for all units.
New interior finishes and lighting in the corridors.
An upgraded laundry room and a new common area toilet on the ground floor.
Main electric service and meter stack upgrade.
Installation of roof anchors.
